303 departed Mount St. Helens moments earlier and is spotted arriving the eastern end of Ironwood.

Malcolm and Bill with 303.

They've run around their train to conduct their facing switch moves.

Love the tankcar.

With their work complete, they are cleared into Spruce.

H-e-r-e's Bill!

and...the duck.

Moe brings his RP&M train into Bell.

Henk sit backs and relaxes with a job well done.

Paul has 302 departing Mercer for Nelson Yard.

Through the junction.

Passenger 1 is downgrade out of Spruce.

Bernie works the facilities at Craig Leigh.

With my locomotive!

Looking good, Bernie!

Lawrence has his road switcher in Peter's Pond aboard Train 304.

Passenger 1 arrives Glen Hammond.

Looks like some head-end cars may be traded here.

Doug and Lawrence in the pond.

Passenger 1 is given the station track while 304 is protected mid-switching on the main.

Passenger 1 is cleared through to Bell.

It would appear that some previous trains had not set their turnouts back to the main as Passenger 1 is surprised to be granted the siding.

Bernie runs the short hop down to Mount St. Helens and back.

Paul checks his train orders in Spruce.

303 is downgrade out of Spruce while 312 is perched above in said town.

Nelson Yard continues to change throughout the session.

AN RP&M crew member switches out the industries at Anderson.

Brian works Firgrove.

He awaits the arrival of Passenger 1.

303 enters the yard limits at Nelson Yard.

On a slow order.

Almost there.

Crews meet yard workers at the big facility.

Lawrence works Cedar Rock aboard 304.

Bernie continues breaking down and making up trains at Douglas Yard in Craig Leigh.

328 works Bell.

Lovely locomotive.

Brian comes down from Firgrove.

Lovely locomotive as well.

Brian works the east end of Bell.

Looks great!

Malcolm railfans the action.

Fred entertains Andrew, a new visitor to the railroad.

Lots to discuss.

Say cheese.

Malcolm continues to video the session.  Lucky for us, he captures a number of meets.

313 works the Cedar Rock branch.

312 climbs out of Ironwood.

Bound for Mount St. Helens.

Nice tower!

Lawrence follows his train at the pedestrian crossing.

314 arrives Spruce.

Malcolm's diesel up in Cedar Rock.

With cerwmate, Bill.

A nice look at the sidings in Ironwood.

Brian, Fred and Andrew watch the action as Doug helps to pack up the layout.

Beautiful cars match up so nicely.

The dome car.

The park car.

Indeed, a lovely train.

So long for this week.  Catch up with us next week when we look at the action from our narrow gauge session which will be our third of the season!
All the best, Mike Hamer, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
